  • To shop at ohhteri.com do I have to register? If yes, why?
    • You need to register at ohhteri.com so that we can enhance your shopping experience every time you visit us.
    • How do I register myself?
      • You can register yourself by clicking on this Registration Link. Once registered, you can enjoy regular updates and services from ohhteri.com.
    • How do I activate my account?
      • The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at care@ohhteri.com
    • How do I proceed through the checkout process?
      • Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the checkout process.
    • How long will my order take to arrive?
      • Please check out our Delivery section to see estimated delivery times.
    • How can I change my shipping address?
      • By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your ohhteri.com account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
    • How can I track my orders & payment?
      • After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History.
    • How do I cancel my orders before I make a payment?
      • After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order.
    • How do you ship my orders?
      • All your orders are sent via Rapid Delivery logistic
    • Which countries do you ship to?
      • Currently, from our website we only ships to addresses within India.
    • How do I know if an item is in stock?
      • All items are in stock unless "Out of stock" is indicated.  On receipt of your order if any items are unavailable, we will inform you by email and we will offer you a refund or alternative availability date where possible.
    • What are the payment methods available?
      • At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paytm payments.
    • Are there any hidden charges?
      • There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by ohhteri.com. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
    • Is my personal information secure at ohhteri.com?
      • Please be rest assured that your information is secured with us. Please do refer to Privacy policy for further information.
    • Why is tax being charged?
      • Tax is levied on the sale of any commodity, which here represents Value Added Tax (VAT) or Central Sales Tax (CST). This tax is collected and deposited by ohhteri.com to the relevant government authorities.
    • I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
      • We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If you receive the wrong item then send it back to us and we will refund you or send you the correct item assuming we still have the product and size in stock.
    • Why is colour changed in actual product than that shown on the website? 
      • At ohhteri.com we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products and samples on the site or mobile notwithstanding that, as the actual colors you see will depend on the settings of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
